Honestly, the word "change" always makes my stomach turn in knots, and what scares me even more is I know that major change in my life is right around the corner.

Pimm's O'clock

Traveling London this summer I fell in love with the drink PIMM's. It is fresh, chic and delicious. I wish I could find Pimm's here in the US it would be the perfect drink for Labor Day weekend. If your one of the lucky one to find Pimm's here is the recipe for the perfect Pimm's jug.

Take a jug or a glass and fill it with ice.
Mix 1 part PIMM'S No.1*
with 3 parts chilled lemonade,
add some mint and cucumber,
orange,and strawberry
or any fruit you fancy.
